Dark Dart Dash 10k

The Dark Dart Dash 10K is a single-lap night-time trail race that starts and finishes at Dartington Hall in Devon, close to the Green Table Café. The course heads south-west from the Hall through the estate, working through woodland and field paths before turning east towards the lower ground. A long, flat middle section follows the valley floor, then the route turns north and climbs steeply away from the valley into hillier ground. The final third is the hilliest part of the course, with a series of short climbs and descents across the estate and a loop through the woods in the north-west before the route returns to the Hall. The surface is a mix of gravel, grass, a little tarmac and mud. Headtorches are required and trail shoes are strongly recommended.
